Chaos Kitty currently ships once a week every Tuesday. Orders placed on a Tuesday after 5:00pm est will ship the following Tuesday.

There is no local pickup available unless specified for Flash Sales. Chaos Kitty operates as a separate business from One Flight Up, and all local orders will be shipped — no exceptions.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

All body jewelry is final sale — no returns, no exchanges, no order cancellations for any reason.

Once an order is placed, it is considered final. 

30-DAY DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL POLICY

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with:

• your name
• order number
• clear photo of the issue

Defective-on-arrival claims may be repaired or replaced at our discretion if the item is unused and unworn.

This policy does not cover:

• snapped pin from self-installation
• lost jewelry or lost backs/posts
• damage from wear, cleaning, or modification
• user error or accidents

READ THIS BEFORE CONTACTING US

Body jewelry is tiny, mechanical, and handled by humans defects are rare, but if something is wrong straight out of the box, we will take care of it.
We do not replace pieces due to loss, fit issues, installation mistakes, or normal wear.
