At this time, Chaos Kitty by One Flight Up ships within the United States only.
We plan to expand internationally in the future, but for now, we’re keeping things chaos-free and close to home.

Orders are shipped every Tuesday.
Please note that processing and packing may take up to 2–4 business days before shipment, depending on order volume and custom anodizing requests.

There is no local pickup available.
Chaos Kitty operates as a separate business from One Flight Up, and all local orders will be shipped — no exceptions.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Chaos Kitty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered, but we’ll always help you work with the carrier to locate your order.
