All sales are final. Due to the hygienic nature of body jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

If your jewelry arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Approved replacements may require the original item to be returned before a replacement is issued.

Each Chaos Kitty piece is crafted and packaged with care if there’s ever an issue caused by us, we’ll make it right.
